Richard Lock b. unknown, d. 1745 Calvert County Maryland.
It is Benjamin Dixon who ties both Richard Lock's together.

of Frederick in Colony of Virginia on a Branch of Potomach River called Sleepy
Creek, paid 500 pounds current money for 159 acres on August 30, 1766.
Sleepy Creek is in Morgan Co., WV. Morgan
County was formed in 1820 from parts of Berkeley and Hampshire Counties
